Your new role
- Marketing & Product Management: Create and implement marketing plans for the Care Chemicals portfolio
- Sales & Key Account Management: Manage sales for strategic and key accounts within the Care Chemicals segment
- Pricing & Profitability: Develop and enforce pricing strategies for the product group by analysing market trends and cost structures, ensuring competitive positioning, profitability, and effective margin management
- Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitor and regulatory analysis to uncover new opportunities, convert insights into actionable strategies and innovation priorities
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in care chemicals (personal care, home care, hygiene, or speciality chemicals).
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, pricing, and market research.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
