Job Title: Head of Marketing (HOD)

Reports To: Commercial Director

Job Overview

As the Head of Marketing at N3, you will develop and implement strategies and solution to promote the platform, brands and attract and retain both B2B and B2C customers, and build a strong brand presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Strategic Marketing and Planning:

Develop and execute marketing strategies (products, solutions, and campaign) aligned with N3's goals, including market research, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and data analysis.

To curate marketing solution & campaign according to customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.

Continuously improve and refine marketing strategies using customer feedback and to work hand in hand with Business, tech development and project team.

2. Brand, Product, Solution and Campaign Performance Management:

Be in charge of marketing solution performance, margin, KPI and PNL.

Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across channels: digital, social media, email, and traditional media, to deliver B2B leads and B2C fulfilment.

Oversee Product, Solution and Campaign fulfilment, from strategic partnership, to content creation, such as blogs, videos, and newsletters, to channel marketing and performance marketing (traffic and conversion) to support marketing goals.

3. Brand value and market positioning:

To manage Digital Marketing and Online Presence, including website management, SEO, SEM, PPC strategies, and social media marketing to drive traffic and conversions. ( for B2B & B2C )

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers ( for brand )

Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and enhance credibility.

Coordinate PR activities to ensure consistent messaging and maximize media exposure.

Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, overseeing brand messaging and visual identity. ( for brand )

4. Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Relationship Management:

Develop strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones through promotional

Offers, loyalty programs, and referral schemes.

Plan and execute events and manage sponsorships to increase brand exposure.

Work closely with BD and tech teams to align marketing strategies with sales

goals and product offerings.

5. Operational Efficiency and Compliance:

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal standards and ethical practices.

Maintain clear internal communication about marketing initiatives and their contributions to company goals.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):

1. Revenue and performance for Marketing solution

2. Campaign Performance: ROI of marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.

3. Brand, Product, Solution and Campaign Awareness

4. Customer Acquisition: Number of new users acquired and conversion rates.

5. Customer Retention: Retention rates and customer loyalty metrics.

6. Traffic & engagement: Growth in website visits, engagement, and conversions and Growth in soc med followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement.

7. Budget Management: Adherence to budget and optimization of marketing spend.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Creative thinking, strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Passion in solution and experience design.

Strong leadership and campaign management.

Very knowledgeable in marketing trends and technologies relevant to the mar-tech, media, retail, e commerce industry, and UI design.
