Job Responsibilities:-
1) Brand Authority & Market Presence (High-Visibility)
- Lead brand positioning across solar PV, BESS, EPCC, asset development, and related offerings.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, client events, roundtables, universities, and stakeholder sessions.
- Build and manage PR/media: interviews, thought-leadership articles, commentary, award submissions.
2) Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact
- Own lead strategy: inbound + outbound support, ABM for target accounts (e.g., industrial, data centers, commercial real estate).
- Design campaigns that convert: lead meeting proposal order.
- Work with Sales/BD to build full-funnel metrics, conversion tracking, and reporting.
3) Content & Thought Leadership
- Translate technical value into market-ready narratives: ROI, reliability, performance, financing models, regulatory angles.
- Manage content engine: LinkedIn, website, case studies, project updates, customer stories, videos, webinars.
- Develop flagship content (e.g., Energy Playbooks, C&I Solar + BESS guides, Market insights series).
4) Sales Enablement & Proposal Marketing
- Build marketing assets used to close deals: pitch decks, credentials, one-pagers, capability statements, proposal templates.
- Improve proposal win rates by strengthening differentiation, customer proof, and messaging consistency.
5) Partnerships & Community Building
- Create co-marketing with partners: OEMs, developers, financiers, utilities, associations.
- Drive community engagement: workshops, site visits, technical briefings, client breakfasts.
6) Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead marketing budget, agency/vendor management (creative, PR, performance marketing).
- Build a strong internal team: clear KPIs, campaign cadence, brand governance, quality control.
- Establish marketing SOPs: approvals, brand guidelines, content calendar, crisis comms.
Job Requirement:-
- 812+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong advantage for candidates from renewable energy, power, industrial, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience leading both brand and demand-generation functions (not limited to social media/content only).
- Demonstrated success working with CEOs, C-suite leaders, and cross-functional commercial teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with strong business and commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation ecosystems, and performance analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in marketing automation, CRM systems, digital advertising, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
