We're looking for a strategic Head of Planning who will drive financial planning, inventory optimization, and product performance to support profitable growth across the division.
What You'll Do:
- Shape divisional financial & product strategies to unlock opportunities
- Set financial direction (pre-season plans, budgets, new store targets)
- Drive top-down planning aligned to divisional goals
- Use customer & market insights to build contingency plans
- Approve data-driven seasonal/category plans
- Guide OTB strategy, forecasts & trend analysis
- Analyze sales, inventory & MIS data to optimize decisions
- Partner with Buying on sales, stock, and order strategies
- Review plans in-season to maximize margin & inventory health
- Maintain optimal stock levels across stores while managing working capital
- Oversee buying & merchandise flow to maximize sales capacity
- Review variances vs. budget and recommend corrective actions
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Business, Merchandising, or related field
- Strong understanding of retail trends in Southeast Asia
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, MS Office, and data analytics
