Job Description

We're looking for a strategic Head of Planning who will drive financial planning, inventory optimization, and product performance to support profitable growth across the division.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape divisional financial & product strategies to unlock opportunities
  • Set financial direction (pre-season plans, budgets, new store targets)
  • Drive top-down planning aligned to divisional goals
  • Use customer & market insights to build contingency plans
  • Approve data-driven seasonal/category plans
  • Guide OTB strategy, forecasts & trend analysis
  • Analyze sales, inventory & MIS data to optimize decisions
  • Partner with Buying on sales, stock, and order strategies
  • Review plans in-season to maximize margin & inventory health
  • Maintain optimal stock levels across stores while managing working capital
  • Oversee buying & merchandise flow to maximize sales capacity
  • Review variances vs. budget and recommend corrective actions

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Merchandising, or related field
  • Strong understanding of retail trends in Southeast Asia
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, MS Office, and data analytics
