Lead and drive the site's IT/OT digitalization transformation in alignment with Smart Manufacturing (OT 4.0) strategy.
Oversee end-to-end data integration across SAP, MES, machines, and production systems to enhance productivity, process control, and root cause analysis.
Manage and deliver key Data Automation and OT 4.0 projects, including API rollouts and system integrations.
Ensure high standards of data integrity, master data governance, and data visibility across the value chain.
Define and design the digitalization framework, including solution architecture, data warehouse layering, and ERP interfaces.
Lead and develop the OT team, external partners, and stakeholders to enable sustainable, paperless production.
Promote a data-driven culture, enabling visualization, analytics, AI-based scheduling, and operational excellence.
Act as liaison with BU and Corporate Digitalization teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and corporate IT/OT regulations.
Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Engineering Systems, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Production OT / Smart Manufacturing environments, including managing complex OT services and providers.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, MES systems, and data quality standards.
Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and data analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.
Proven project management and digital strategy development experience.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Able to work independently while leading cross-functional and global collaborations.
