Head of Partnerships & Communications

Role Overview

The Head of Partnerships & Communications is responsible for driving corporate growth for Noesis through strategic business development, partnership management, and targeted communications. This role balances relationship-building and revenue generation with brand positioning and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

A) Business Development & Partnerships (80%)

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients, including proposal development, sales follow-through, and after-sales engagement.

Manage strategic relationships with professional bodies and institutional partners such as CFA Institute, CPA Australia, CIMA, CIM, and HRD Corp.

Oversee applications, renewals, and compliance for Noesis programmes under HRD Corp.

Represent Noesis at partner events, conferences, and exhibitions, including planning and managing booth presence and speaking opportunities.

Work closely with programme leads to align corporate needs with programme offerings.

B) Marketing Communications & Public Relations (20%)

Lead and manage Noesis LinkedIn presence and newsletters to support lead generation and brand positioning.

Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns, announcements, alumni features, and event promotion.

Support PR activities including partner communications, media engagement, and institutional collaborations.

Salary: RM7,000 - RM8,000 with commissions
