We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to work directly with the Founder to build, close, and scale revenue-generating partnerships.
This is not an execution-only role.
You will own partnerships from strategy to closing, with clear revenue accountability.
Your role :
- Build and own partnership pipelines (schools, corporates, SME, NGOs, GLCs)
- Structure and close sponsorships, licensing & program partnerships
- Lead negotiations and manage key relationships
- Identify and open new revenue channels
- Commit to clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Compensation Model :
- Performance-based structure
- Basic (moderate) + high commission
- Bonus tied directly to revenue
- Income scales with results (no cap)
This role is designed for someone confident in owning revenue, not someone seeking a fixed salary.
