Head of Photolithography
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Photolithography to lead our photolithography operations within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving process stability, equipment performance, and supporting advanced technology development and transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Photolithography Department, including both process and equipment teams
- Drive process stability, yield improvement, and tool uptime to meet high-volume manufacturing targets
- Oversee daily fab operations, ensuring production goals and KPIs are achieved
- Coordinate and support new technology releases and technology transfers into manufacturing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
- Ensure compliance with all relevant management systems and standards:
- Quality Management System ISO 9001
- Hazardous Substance Process Management IECQ QC080000
- Environmental Management System ISO 14001
- Occupational Health & Safety ISO 45001
- Automotive Quality Management IATF 16949
- Information Security ISO/IEC 27001
- Anti-Bribery Management ISO 37001
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor fab operations
- At least 3 years in a managerial or module leadership role
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience in deep submicron technologies (0.18m)
- Strong expertise in DUV scanners/steppers and advanced photolithography tools
- Prior exposure to 0.13m and below technologies is highly preferred
- Experience in Photonic or PacBio-related technologies is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Education
- PhD / Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or related fields
