• This established financial institution based in Kuala Lumpur is amongst one of the most recognised financial institutions in Malaysia. The company is looking for a Head of Procurement (Operations & Transformation) to join its dynamic business.

Your new role

• Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations, focusing on process optimisation, automation, digital solutions, and operational efficiency.
• Lead system enhancement and implementation projects, working closely with business stakeholders and technology partners to improve procurement processes and user experience.
• Oversee procurement operations and support activities, ensuring effective governance, compliance, data integrity, reporting, and service delivery across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, analytics, and automation tools to enhance process effectiveness, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years experience in procurement operations and/or transformation.
• Professional certifications (such as CIPS, MCIPS, ISM CPSM) are an added advantage.
• Financial Service or Multinational background will be an added advantage.
