Job Description

  • Develop and execute overall sales strategies across various channels to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets. Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while strengthening channel capabilities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to formulate and implement effective tactical plans. Drive brand positioning and enhance market leadership within assigned regions.
  • Execute company sales and marketing strategies, maximizing the performance and reach of the retail distribution network across the full product portfolio.
  • Oversee distribution management, including channel design and optimization. Establish distribution benchmarks, monitor performance, and implement secondary sales tracking systems. Expand distribution depth and coverage, conduct distributor audits, and continuously evaluate competitor distribution strategies.
