Role Overview:
The primary responsibility for this role is to plan the commercial strategy and spearhead revenue expansion for a leading food enterprise. The Head of Sales will lead a dedicated sales force with a singular focus on growing market share for certified frozen proteins and related food products across the country. This involves cultivating high-level partnerships with major distributors, bulk wholesalers, and key players in the food manufacturing and food service sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Commercial Growth: Design and implement nationwide sales blueprints specifically for frozen meat and processed food categories.
- Market Penetration: Identify and secure untapped opportunities within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering), wholesale, traditional markets, and industrial food sectors.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct rigorous analysis of sales metrics, market shifts, and competitor movements to guide executive decision making.
- Key Account Management: Direct the management of relationships with primary distributors and corporate-level clients.
- Industrial Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic alliances with large-scale food processors and major retail chains.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit and coach a high-achieving sales team to ensure collective success.
- Performance Management: Establish precise SMART targets and KPIs while maintaining a culture of accountability.
- Financial Oversight: Take ownership of annual revenue goals and develop pricing strategies that optimize profit margins.
- Supply Chain Alignment: Oversee sales pipelines and demand forecasting to ensure inventory levels meet market needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of sales experience specifically within the frozen food industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of protein market trends.
