Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales, Mid-Market (Northern) to spearhead one of our Mid- Market Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep industry knowledge, and can lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

The Day-To-Day Activities

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly Booking and Revenue goals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the team's vertical (e.g., Logistic, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc).

Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.

Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, report performance to senior leadership.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with customer needs.

Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

About You

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

At least 8 years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.

Strong understanding of telecom technologies and services (e.g., mobile, VoIP, fibre).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage
