Head of Sales & Operations

We are looking for a highly driven Head of Sales & Operations to take the reins of the commercial and student-support teams.This isn't just a management role; this is a role for a builder. Your Mission (The First 12–18 Months)
You will lead a dynamic, tight-knit team across Sales and Customer Success (Student Affairs), driving both sides to common goals of growth and service excellence.Scale the Revenue Engine: Optimize B2C sales processes, maximize CRM utilization, and aggressively drive conversion rates from marketing funnels (like webinars) to active enrollments.
Engineer Operational Efficiency: Audit and rebuild administrative workflows. Implement tracking, automation, and SOPs that eliminate manual errors and shorten turnaround times.
Elevate the Customer Journey: Architect a world-class student experience from the very first touchpoint through graduation, establishing strict service standards and feedback loops.
Build a Winning Culture: Coach your team into a high-performing unit. Foster a culture anchored in accountability, data-driven decisions, and empathy.
Drive Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner directly with Marketing, Finance, and Tech to build seamless end-to-end automations (CRM workflows, e-invoicing) that support regional scalability.
Who You Are
The B2C Expert: You have 8–10 years of experience leading B2C sales and operations, ideally within the education, training, or high-touch service sectors. (Note: This role operates at a rapid consumer-facing pace; candidates with purely B2B backgrounds will not be the right fit).
The Strategic Operator: You are equally comfortable designing high-level strategic roadmaps and getting your hands dirty in the operational weeds.
The Systems Thinker: You have a strong background in sales process design and are highly proficient with CRM systems and automation tools.
The Empathetic Leader: You balance strict performance management and KPI tracking with genuine coaching, empathy, and team-building skills.
