Overview:
The individual is responsible for helping Business Head to align people, process, policy and technology under SME and cross division initiatives between Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) and Personal Financial Services (PFS).
- Review, change, adopt, innovate, streamline, building simple and effective SME business and credit structures.
- Propose and make fundamental changes and shifts to achieve SME budget, improve SME customer satisfaction at controlled cost environment.
- Develop and implement process flow/system in compliance with regulatory requirements which relate to SME. Handles the Sales Management tracking and reporting for SME Banking.
- Lead SME digital agenda to serve SME customer faster, better and reaching out to the underserved SMEs to increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing sales processes with a view to simplify, expedite and transform the process from deal origination through to credit approval, customer acceptance and onboarding as seen through the lens of the SME customer.
- Review, enhance and/or develop business and internal processes to support SME.
- Track, manage and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders including business stake holders, working committees and steering committees.
- Plan, budget, oversight and implement projects through to production coordinate deliverables from internal specialists, business consultants, technical consultants and vendors ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
- Enhance, monitor and reporting on Sales Management strategies and execution
- Develop and execute the SME digital roadmap.
- Provide monitoring and guidance to the SME Business Transformation team which will handle loans system support and enhancement (LOS and LOADS),sales management strategy, monitoring and reporting plus also campaign management.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Project Management qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in industry and/or consulting with proven track record in project management.
- Working knowledge and understanding of business banking (ie. non-retail) products, processes and customer journeys.
