Our Client:
We have recently partnered with a US based MNC company that specializes in FMCG product. The company is transforming their Supply Chain team and currently looking for Head of Supply Chain Asia, to be part their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- The Head of Supply Chain for Asia is responsible for developing, leading, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain strategy across the region to support business growth, operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and cost competitiveness.
- This role oversees demand planning, supply planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management across multiple markets and manufacturing sites.
- Develop and execute the regional supply chain strategy to support business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence in Asia.
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve supply chain capability, digitization, automation, S&OP maturity, and sustainability performance.
- Oversee regional demand planning accuracy and supply planning effectiveness, ensuring optimal balance between service levels, inventory, and cost.
- Own the regional supply chain budget, including cost of goods and logistics spend.
- Drive productivity and cost-saving programs in line with global initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team across multiple plants and countries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within FMCG, packaging goods, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior regional leadership Supply Chain role preferably under MNC matrix organization
- Strong expertise across end-to-end supply chain (S&OP, manufacturing, procurement, logistics). Solid understanding of regulatory, customs, and market dynamics in Asia.
