Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy to support business objectives and operational excellence.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.
- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization to meet customer requirements and minimize excess stock.
- Drive monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between sales, production, and finance.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Optimize logistics and distribution networks for timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and space utilization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and environmental standards across all supply chain activities.
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive capability development in planning, logistics, and warehouse management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA or APICS certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Proven expertise in S&OP, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/analytical tools.
