Job Description

In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across the Supply Chain function for Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei by driving the implementation of global processes, ensuring business continuity, optimizing performance, and developing a high performing team to deliver reliable, compliant, and cost effective supply to customers

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of global supply chain processes and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the Sales & Business Planning (S&BP) process, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage planning and order management activities, including net requirements planning, inventory optimization, and adherence to supply chain rules.
  • Drive procurement excellence, including supplier management, contract negotiations (with procurement), call‑offs, and service level performance.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including launches, transfers, and pruning activities to ensure smooth transitions and uninterrupted supply.
  • Ensure efficient logistics operations, covering warehousing, transportation, cost optimization, and qualified storage capacity.
  • Manage customs and trade compliance, ensuring all import/export activities follow local regulations and global guidelines.
  • Provide strong leadership and people development, including coaching, talent management, capability building, and fostering a culture of integrity and compliance.

Essential Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain management experience with proven leadership in complex, multi‑market environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commercial, Technical, or related fields; APICS certification advantageous.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills, with demonstrated effectiveness in cross‑functional environments.
  • High proficiency with ERP & planning systems, e.g., SAP, APO, Kinaxis.
  • Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and supplier management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and hierarchies.
  • High integrity and understanding of compliance frameworks, including quality, regulatory, ethics, and trade compliance.
