Head of Suppy Chain (Global F&B MNC)

Our client a renowned F&B MNC is going through their next phase of growth. As such, they are hiring a Head of Supply Chain to oversee the Singapore and Malaysia markets. The individual will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, optimizing sourcing, inventory, logistics and supplier performance while driving cost efficiency and network scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a regional supply chain strategy, aligning procurement, inventory and distribution with long-term business growth.
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management, including negotiations, supplier performance and cost optimization.
• Oversee product availability and inventory flow across the operating markets.
• Manage logistics and distribution operations, working with external partners to improve service levels, efficiency and supply reliability.
• Drive supply chain governance and financial performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience across supply chain, procurement, demand planning or related functions, ideally within FMCG/Foods industry.
• Strong commercial and sourcing capabilities, with a proven ability to negotiate with suppliers.
• End-to-end supply chain understanding, spanning sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics and more.
• Strong analytical and systems capability, with experience using ERP, forecasting and supply chain data to support decisions and improve performance.
