Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Oversee all corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.
Sustainability Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, customers, and community partners.
- Develop and manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of communications and sustainability professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications with active involvement in sustainability roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and sustainability strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
