Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
  • Oversee all corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, and internal communications.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

Sustainability Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, customers, and community partners.
  • Develop and manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of communications and sustainability professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications with active involvement in sustainability roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
