Job Description

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy aligned to business growth, market expansion and workforce plans
  • Lead hiring across multiple functions and levels, including senior leadership and niche specialist roles
  • Use data, market intelligence and forecasting to anticipate hiring needs and talent risks

Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to understand hiring priorities, organisational design and capability gaps
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, competitor insights and hiring best practices
  • Build strong relationships across HR, Finance and Operations to support workforce planning

Recruitment Excellence & Delivery

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery with a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Drive process optimisation, governance and hiring standards across the organisation
  • Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Strengthen the organisation's employer brand across digital platforms, campaigns and candidate touchpoints
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to position the organisation as an employer of choice
  • Lead initiatives to improve diversity, equity and inclusion outcomes within hiring practices

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
  • Build capability through coaching, clear performance expectations and career pathways
  • Foster a collaborative, commercial and high-accountability culture as you will be you'll be leading the APAC team of TA experts across the time-zone in multiple locations

Innovation & Transformation

  • Drive adoption of recruitment technology, automation and data-driven decision-making
  • Continuously evolve TA practices to reflect changing talent markets and business needs
  • Lead or support broader HR transformation initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant


  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, professional services, consulting or recruitment-led environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align talent strategy to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience hiring at scale as well as for senior and specialist roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
  • Experience leading, developing and scaling TA teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capability
  • Exposure to regional or multi-market hiring is an advantage
