Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee talent management, including recruitment, training, and retention programmes.
- Lead and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and government regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic input on organisational development and workforce planning.
A Successful Head Of Talent Development Should Have
- Degree qualified with extensive experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or HR leadership.
- Overall career experience of at least 15 to 25 years in relevant HR pillars.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent, succession, and performance management frameworks end-to-end.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Experience in competency framework design, career pathing, leadership development, and talent assessment.
- A hands-on leader who balances strategic thinking with operational execution and team development.
