Job Description

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the organisation's digital transformation goals.
• Oversee the adoption of innovative technologies to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs.
• Ensure strong IT governance, including data security and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyse emerging technology trends and integrate relevant advancements into the organisation.
• Manage and optimise the technology budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team to achieve strategic objectives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Technology (Digital Transformation) Should Have

• A strong background in technology management within IT, Technology, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Technology or Warehouse Management system (WMS).
• Proven experience leading digital or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology supporting warehouse, inventory, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to take a transformation programme from strategy and solution evaluation through implementation and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work directly with senior business leaders.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and develop an internal technology capability.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment.
• Mandarin language capability to effectively support China operations and business partnerships
  
  

What's on Offer

• Annual salary ranging from MYR 270,000 to MYR 330,000.
• Permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor.
