Head of Web3 Product

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

Conduct in-depth analysis of global Web3 industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Define and execute long-term Web3 product strategies aligned with the exchange's vision, setting clear milestones and measurable goals. Drive significant growth in Web3 user adoption, trading volume, and market share, ensuring products remain at the forefront of the industry.

2. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management

Own the full lifecycle of Web3 products, from ideation and requirement gathering to design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Translate insights from users, market trends, and internal stakeholders into innovative, competitive product features, continuously iterating to enhance product value and performance.

3. Innovation & Business Expansion

Lead the exploration and execution of innovative business models, including but not limited to Meme-related products, DEX, on-chain staking, yield/earn products, and other emerging Web3 opportunities. Proactively identify new revenue growth drivers. Establish strategic partnerships with leading blockchain projects and institutions to introduce high-quality resources and strengthen the overall exchange ecosystem.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Drive close collaboration across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and other teams to ensure efficient execution. Provide clear direction, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a results-driven, innovative, and collaborative culture.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

Closely monitor global regulatory and compliance developments related to cryptocurrencies and Web3. Ensure all products operate within applicable regulatory frameworks. Build and continuously improve risk management mechanisms to address market volatility, technical risks, and security challenges, safeguarding user assets and platform stability.

6. Organizational Alignment

Actively support and execute company-level and Team Leader directives to ensure smooth team operations and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

1. Education & Background

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Blockchain, or related fields.

2. Professional Experience

• 8+ years of experience in internet or digital product management
• At least 5 years of deep experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency-related products
• Proven track record of leading at least one Web3 product from concept to launch with meaningful market impact

Technical & Domain Expertise:

• Strong understanding of Uniswap V2/V3 principles and their differences
• Familiarity with trading platforms and product mechanics such as Pump, Virtuals, GMGN, and similar ecosystems
• Solid knowledge of aggregator products (e.g., 1inch), including routing and order-splitting logic
• Understanding of leading cross-chain bridges (e.g., Stargate) and their product architectures
• In-depth knowledge of Web3 wallets, including design trade-offs and competitive differences
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, DeFi, wallets, DEXs
• Familiarity with major ecosystems such as Ethereum, Layer 2s, Solana, Bitcoin, and their differences
• Strong understanding of ERC20 assets, NFTs, inscriptions, runes, and DeFi asset use cases

3. Industry Network

Well-established industry connections. Prior collaboration with well-known blockchain projects, industry experts, or investment institutions is a strong plus.

4. Leadership & Soft Skills

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and resources to deliver complex initiatives in fast-changing environments.
