Job Summary:
To drive and develop organisational development plans and initiatives to enable the organization to leverage and optimise employees capability and talent so as to improve organisation productivity and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- To develop and lead the organisational development plan and provision to ensure it is aligned to the strategic direction and objectives of the company.
- To develop a range of organisational development strategies and interventions to support structural and cultural change across the company.
- To lead and champion the Leadership Development provision to increase the capabilities of leaders and managers and drive innovation in line with the company's leadership goals.
- To develop and manage the Career Management plan for multiple levels of staff in order to provide a clear career progression and growth pathway for all employees.
- To co-lead the establishment of a structured new Competency Development plan continuous improvement of knowledge, skills and competencies in areas of functional, technical, behavioural and leadership capabilities.
- To function as internal consultant for senior management and provide management consulting expertise to improve the performance of the organization from human capital perspectives.
- To lead and manage the Talent Assessment & Profiling of all employees for various needs i.e. Recruitment, Development, High Potential or Leadership Potential Identification.
- To drive the planning and implementation of Succession Planning related initiatives to ensure of talents readiness and availability for key roles in the organization
- To oversight L&D and Talent Management while aligning them with the OD initiatives towards creating a high-performance culture
- To partner with key stakeholders i.e. C-Suites, HODs in driving people and cultural transformation across the company
- To leverage on data, analytics and automation capabilities to implement strategies that promote and achieve organization culture of excellence.
- To develop, coach and manage self and staff for continuous improvement.
