Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Mass Product Portfolio (Islamic, Conventional, Co-Brands; excluding MU, FCB & myImpact) and the Maybank Loyalty Redemption Programme.
  • Drive business performance across billings, receivables, and cards-in-force for all Mass products.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and product campaigns to grow the portfolio and uplift card acquisition and billings.
  • Enhance product value propositions to ensure competitiveness, innovation, relevance, and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal sales channels and external partners to boost product uptake and acquisition.
  • Ensure product compliance and Shariah alignment by working closely with Islamic banking stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities with internal and external partners to drive portfolio growth.
  • Plan and manage A&P budgets covering product marketing, loyalty programmes, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with branding teams and advertising agencies to deliver impactful communication and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions for sales teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness and accurate product knowledge.
  • Manage strategic partnerships to sustain product relevance, strengthen engagement, and support programme growth.
  • Lead new product launches to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Drive loyalty programme strategy and digital acquisition, including campaign development, merchant alliances, programme analytics, and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media, partnerships) to increase engagement, redemptions, and spend.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possesses at least a Degree in Marketing or any relevant field with solid exposure in Marketing and Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic orientation able to plan, execute and lead team members to achieve the goals set by Management.
  • Result driven and able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
  • Customer centricity pleasant customer service skills, responsiveness to service request.
  • Exposure in Marketing environment or experience in handling or in charge of sales / Marketing plans.
