Own and manage the end-to-end Mass Product Portfolio (Islamic, Conventional, Co-Brands; excluding MU, FCB & myImpact) and the Maybank Loyalty Redemption Programme.
Drive business performance across billings, receivables, and cards-in-force for all Mass products.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and product campaigns to grow the portfolio and uplift card acquisition and billings.
Enhance product value propositions to ensure competitiveness, innovation, relevance, and profitability.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal sales channels and external partners to boost product uptake and acquisition.
Ensure product compliance and Shariah alignment by working closely with Islamic banking stakeholders.
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities with internal and external partners to drive portfolio growth.
Plan and manage A&P budgets covering product marketing, loyalty programmes, and acquisition campaigns.
Collaborate with branding teams and advertising agencies to deliver impactful communication and promotional strategies.
Conduct briefings and training sessions for sales teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness and accurate product knowledge.
Manage strategic partnerships to sustain product relevance, strengthen engagement, and support programme growth.
Lead new product launches to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
Drive loyalty programme strategy and digital acquisition, including campaign development, merchant alliances, programme analytics, and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media, partnerships) to increase engagement, redemptions, and spend.
Requirement:
Candidate must possesses at least a Degree in Marketing or any relevant field with solid exposure in Marketing and Analytics.
Strong analytical and strategic orientation able to plan, execute and lead team members to achieve the goals set by Management.
Result driven and able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
Customer centricity pleasant customer service skills, responsiveness to service request.
Exposure in Marketing environment or experience in handling or in charge of sales / Marketing plans.
