Job Description

The Head of Programme Management will lead the execution of the Trinity Programme Maybank's strategic initiative to transform customer onboarding, data management, and compliance capabilities across the region. This role is pivotal in delivering a future-ready solution towards a long term strategy.

The role requires a seasoned leader with strong programme delivery experience, proven stakeholder management skills, deep knowledge of financial services, and the passion to drive transformation through technology, data, and process excellence.

Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trinity's multi-year roadmap
  • Establish and govern programme management frameworks, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality
  • Tracking project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information including Financials for PSC & PWC meetings
  • Drive execution discipline, risk management, and timely escalation of issues
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Champion adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring the programme remains fit for purpose, future-ready, and scalable
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing programme management team

Strategic & Regional Alignment

  • Ensure delivery rollouts are aligned to Maybank's short, mid and long term strategy
  • Engage cross discipline team C-suite leaders, business heads, multi-discipline team and technology teams across entities and cross border to ensure programme buy-in and adoption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for programme governance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme or change management, ideally within banking/financial services
  • Strong track record in leading large-scale transformation or programme management roles
  • Regional or multi-entity programme delivery experience preferred
  • Familiarity with modern data and technology platforms
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with senior executives
  • Excellent Excel & Power Point or presentation skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented, self-motivated, takes ownership with ability to prioritise, juggle among projects and follow through
