Job Description
- Partner with the CEO to foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and staff coaching.
- Drive regional sales growth and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Gather market insights, identify business opportunities, and provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle: respond to inquiries, provide product information, arrange site visits and demonstrations, and follow up to close deals.
- Visit project sites to resolve issues and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, business partners, and government bodies to expand the company's network.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head, Sales & Marketing Should Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Solid planning and organizational skills
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
