Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role is accountable for end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle management, ensuring strong governance, performance optimisation, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the Group's vendor ecosystem, while driving value creation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and govern end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle management, covering onboarding, performance management, renewal, remediation, and exit across Technology, Indirect, and Regional vendors.
  • Establish and implement Group‑wide vendor segmentation, governance frameworks, and oversight models to ensure consistency and compliance across all regions.
  • Drive vendor performance management through supplier scorecards, KPIs, and structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including performance remediation for underperforming vendors.
  • Provide strategic oversight of critical and high‑risk vendors, ensuring service continuity, resilience, and value delivery.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle governance, including pre‑ and post‑contract activities, renewals, extensions, SLA compliance, and termination oversight.
  • Lead vendor risk management, covering financial, operational, cyber, and third‑party risks, in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security teams.
  • Ensure regulatory, policy, and internal control compliance for all vendor arrangements, with strong audit defensibility and governance discipline.
  • Drive value creation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives with strategic vendors to deliver cost efficiency and enhanced service outcomes.
  • Provide regional and cross‑country oversight, consolidating vendor performance, risk exposure, and remediation reporting across entities.
  • Lead and develop Technology, Indirect, and Regional Vendor Management teams, providing strategic direction, capability building, and stakeholder alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or third‑party risk management, preferably within large, complex or regulated organisations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing strategic, technology, indirect and/or regional vendors.
  • Strong experience in vendor governance, performance management, contract management, and third‑party risk oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience managing regional or cross‑border vendor portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management frameworks, supplier performance management, and contract governance.
  • Solid knowledge of financial, operational, cyber, and regulatory risk related to third‑party and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership and regional teams.
  • Ability to drive structured governance while enabling innovation and business outcomes.
