Assist in maintaining and updating HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management systems and documentation across SPX facilities.
Support the implementation of company HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures in line with local OHSE regulations.
Help track HSE KPIs, incident reports, safety observations, and follow-up actions for internal stakeholders.
Participate in site inspections, safety audits, and equipment checks under supervision.
Assist in documenting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Support coordination of HSE activities such as safety trainings, emergency drills, and ERT (Emergency Response Team) initiatives.
Help maintain records related to ISO standards, legal registrations, and audit requirements.
Assist in warehouse security and access control monitoring, including reporting of safety or security concerns.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks to support the HSE and Operations teams.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Basic understanding or strong interest in HSE, workplace safety, and compliance.
Willingness to learn and work in a warehouse/logistics environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
Willing to travel occasionally to SPX facilities within Peninsular Malaysia.
