- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare provider/Hospitals domain.
- In-depth knowledge of EMR/EHR systems HIS modules (e.g., Clinical Management, Patient
Management, RCM, Lab, Radiology), and patient engagement digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of value-based care, clinical workflows, and population health
initiatives.
- Experience working with patient experience tools or platforms aimed at improving outcomes
and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to collaborate with
clinical leaders, operations, and IT teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and
sprint ceremonies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing requirements and
documentation.
