We are seeking an experienced Tech Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead end-to-end delivery of digital and data-driven initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of Agile delivery, stakeholder management, business analysis, and risk governance, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Agile Leadership
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Define sprint goals, manage product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Drive end-to-end project delivery across SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are achieved
2. Business Analysis & Solutioning
- Understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Process flows (As-Is / To-Be)
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and problem-solving
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and senior management
- Communicate project updates, risks, and insights clearly across all levels
- Prepare reports and presentations for governance forums (e.g., Steering Committees, MPR, QPR)
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across teams and geographies
4. Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance frameworks and standards
- Manage and report:
- Risks and issues
- Project timelines and deliverables
- Resource planning and forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and ADO
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements
5. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and improve existing business processes
- Drive automation and efficiency through data-driven insights
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives and optimization strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends in digital and data transformation
6. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee SIT and UAT phases, ensuring quality deliverables
- Review test cases and ensure adequate test coverage
- Coordinate business sign-offs and ensure solutions meet requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- 8–12+ years of experience in Technology Delivery / Business Analysis / Scrum roles
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience in banking/financial services domain preferred
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
- Experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Clarity
- Knowledge of API integration and mapping
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Enterprise Architect)
- Familiarity with Fusion Risk Management platform or similar (Salesforce-based tools preferred)
- Experience in Technology Resilience / Risk Management projects
- Exposure to banking domain governance frameworks (e.g., nWOW)
- Experience working with internal audit, regulators, and external reviewers
- Industry-recognized Business Analyst or Agile/Scrum certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, PSM, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Governance, compliance, and risk management expertise
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
