Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to incoming calls/chats/email promptly and professionally and initiate outbound calls when required.
  • Furnish precise and timely information to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Efficiently resolve customer problems, complaints, or requests in a satisfactory manner.
  • Escalate intricate issues or complaints to higher-level support or supervisors as needed.
  • Develop and retain a profound understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
  • Aid customers in product usage and troubleshoot any related issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Uphold high-quality service standards to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement, enhancing knowledge and skills through ongoing training and feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or related technical field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 years experience in the call center industry, a similar role is an advantage.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Well-developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and relevant hard- or software.
  • Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
  • Serenity in challenging situations.

Job Benefits

Remuneration package:

  • Basic: Up to RM5000
  • Language allowance: RM300 (If any applicable)
  • Attendance allowance: RM100
  • KPI allowance: RM500
  • Note: Basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of relevant experience, skill set, and performance during the interview process.

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Monday Friday
  • Off day: Weekend, KL & National Public Holiday

  • Nearby Ampang Park MRT2 / LRT station (within 5-minute walking distance)
