Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, PDAs, network devices and printers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
  • Other duties include performing first-level troubleshooting and support for network devices, system monitoring and reports
  • Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
  • Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors

Requirements:

  • Possess own transportation
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, hardware, network), preferably 1-2 years of experience in IT Operations/Helpdesk, Service Desk, System Administrator or related positions
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Willing to stand by for ad-hoc IT issues
  • Working location:Pulau Indah, Klang / Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam
