About the Role

We're looking for a Higher Education Accreditation Consultant to work closely with universities and colleges worldwide. You'll help institutions navigate complex accreditation frameworks and implement effective solutions using the Creatrix Campus SaaS platform from initial consulting through successful adoption.

What You'll Do

Accreditation & Academic Consulting Engage with institutions to understand their academic processes, quality assurance frameworks, and accreditation needs. Provide expert guidance on aligning workflows with standards including NAAC, NBA (India), MQA (Malaysia), CAA/KHDA (UAE), EduTrust/CPE (Singapore), US Regional Accreditation, NBAQ (Kuwait), and ABET etc.

Client Engagement & Requirements Lead consultative workshops with academic leadership and accreditation teams. Document institutional workflows and translate them into functional solutions on the Creatrix Campus platform.

Solution Implementation Configure and implement platform capabilities aligned with each institution's requirements supporting accreditation data management, institutional reporting, and quality assurance processes.

Presales & Demonstrations Partner with sales to support client engagements. Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our accreditation and academic management capabilities.

Training & Enablement Deliver system walkthroughs and functional training for university administrators and accreditation teams, enabling effective use of the platform for academic management, compliance tracking, and reporting.

Client Success Support institutions through implementation and adoption, ensuring a smooth transition and successful long-term utilization.

What We're Looking For

Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of higher education academic processes and accreditation frameworks
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices in universities

Functional Skills

• Business process analysis and requirement documentation
• Client consulting, training, and SaaS solution implementation

Communication

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions confidently

Preferred Background

Experience in any of the following is highly valued: Higher Education Consulting, Academic Quality Assurance, Accreditation Consulting, Education ERP/SaaS Implementation, or University Academic Administration. Familiarity with education technology platforms or university management systems is a plus.
