Hire Purchase Sales

We are seeking aresults-driven Hire Purchase Sales Executiveto join a leadingpremium automotive financial services provider.

This role focuses on promoting and sellinghire purchase and financial productsto customers, while supporting dealer agents to grow sales performance. You will play a key role in driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience across multiple showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive hire purchase sales and achieve financial targets:
• Hire Purchase Penetration:Min. 43%
• RV Product Penetration:Min. 15%
• xEV Product Penetration (EV Cars):Min. 30%
• Promote financial and insurance products directly to customers.
• Support dealer agents in increasing vehicle sales through financial product consultation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare accurate finance/lease quotations, process applications, and ensure smooth activations.
• Provide training and guidance to agents on POS/DTP systems.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum2 yearsin hire purchase sales, financial product sales, or banking/finance industry.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong sales-oriented mindset with proven results.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication in English.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint advanced).
• High integrity, resilience, and a team-oriented attitude.

Contract Details & Benefits

• Contract Duration:1 Year (renewable based on performance)
• Working Hours:Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm (1-hour break)
• Primary Location:Sungai Petani, Kedah
• Travel Requirements:Kuantan (approx. 4x/year), Langkawi (remote support)
