Hiring Manager

As part of strategic business expansion, RFS Hydraulics has recently extended its operations into Malaysia, with its first base located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Hiring Manager will provide leadership in managing all recruitment activities, including designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role includes collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The Hiring Manager will also oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and contribute to its goals.

• Proven skills in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Experience in recruitment strategy development and workforce planning
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities for managing multiple hiring processes
• Familiarity with HR systems and relevant employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the marine or offshore industry is a plus
