Qualifications
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role is preferred (hospitality or customer service).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
