The OTC Analyst/Specialist (Japanese Speaker) will handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires fluency in Japanese and expertise in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while adhering to internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounting and finance department.
  • Monitor account reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Provide support for audits, ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within the professional services industry framework.
  • Maintain excellent communication and build trust with stakeholders across various regions, including Japan.

Profile

A Successful OTC Analyst/Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Should Have

  • Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, and proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles, particularly in the context of the professional services industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems for financial processing and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
