- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including billing, collections, and cash application.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while adhering to internal controls and compliance standards.
- Act as a point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounting and finance department.
- Monitor account reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Provide support for audits, ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within the professional services industry framework.
- Maintain excellent communication and build trust with stakeholders across various regions, including Japan.

A Successful OTC Analyst/Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
