Summary

You will be an ambassador of warm and personalized service for our valued Regency Club guests. You will be responsible for welcoming and attending to guests in the Club Lounge, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures and ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering luxury hospitality in an intimate setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, professional and confident with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to service.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Club Lounge from 5 star hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.
