Hostess Server

We're Hiring: Hostess Server – Bocado (Locals Only)

Bocado is looking for a warm, confident and service-minded Hostess Server to join our Front of House team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and seat guests professionally

* Manage reservations and guest profiles via SevenRooms

* Handle guest enquiries and special requests

* Support table service and take orders when required

* Maintain good knowledge of our food, beverage and wine menu

* Ensure smooth communication between guests, service team, bar and kitchen

* Maintain Bocado's service and hospitality standards

* Assist with guest feedback, billing and daily opening/closing duties

What We're Looking For:

* Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Friendly, professional and well-groomed

* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable working weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts

* Experience in upscale or fine dining is an advantage

Location: Bocado, Kuala Lumpur
