Job Description

At Moxy, a great guest experience starts with a perfectly prepared room. We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and hands-on Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Rooms) to lead our Housekeeping Crew and ensure every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor, you'll oversee daily room operations, inspect guestrooms, coordinate room readiness, and support the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional experiences. You'll work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operational excellence is achieved every day.

What You'll Do

Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure Marriott and Moxy cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Monitor room status, identify discrepancies, and work with Front Office to resolve issues promptly.
Prioritize room cleaning activities based on arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and operational needs.
Coordinate room assignments and communicate updates to the Housekeeping team.
Ensure guestrooms are ready on time and meet quality expectations.
Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Complete daily inspections, reports, and operational documentation accurately.
Communicate important updates and operational information during shift handovers.
Identify maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and service opportunities for follow-up.
Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and motivating Housekeeping Crew members.
Support guest requests and service recovery efforts to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
