Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper at Pacific Regency Hotel Group, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Additional duties include ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards, notifying superiors of any damages, deficiencies, and disturbances, and managing the inventory of cleaning supplies. The role also involves adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry and Organization Skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to provide and undergo Training
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
- Capability to work independently and effectively manage time
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
