We're Hiring: HR Operations Assistant (Time & Attendance) | 6-Month Contract

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Salary: RM2,500 per month

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data We're looking for an HR Operations Assistant (Time & Attendance) to support daily timekeeping and attendance activities for a leading FMCG manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with administrative, HR, payroll, or operations support experience who are looking to gain valuable exposure in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and maintain accurate employee time and attendance records

Support payroll processing through timely compilation and submission of attendance data

Assist employees and managers with attendance-related inquiries

Provide administrative support related to workforce and attendance management

Generate and review attendance reports for management

Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to handle confidential information professionally

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
