Position: HR & Admin Executive
Work Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00AM–6:00PM
Salary Package: RM4,000-5,000 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
● Manage HR functions which include payroll, recruitment, employee relation matters and provide other HR related support.
● Manage Local workers, foreigner workers & Sub-workers related matters.
● Maintain and update employee personal files, time attendance and leave records.
● Prepare HR related letters such as employment, confirmation, disciplinary letters.
● Coordinate on staff training & learning development and to perform HRD grant applications and claims.
● Provide administrative support for general office functions.
● Perform any ad-hoc HR & Admin tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
● At least Diploma/ Degree or above in HR Management or equivalent
● Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration
● Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook and Teams)
● Strong execution of work initiative
