Job Description

A mid-size professional Audit . Taxation , Secretarial Firm (Group of companies)

5 Working days / Week Job.

Recruitment and Onboarding

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.

Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Payroll and Compensation

Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance records and leave balances.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other relevant statutory contributions.

Assist in processing salary payments and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Employee Relations and Welfare

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.

Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

Maintain employee records and confidentiality of HR information.

Administrative Support

Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.

Leave and Attendance Management

Monitor and record employee leave, overtime, and attendance.

Ensure timely submission and approval of leave applications.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure HR and administrative activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR records for audit and statutory purposes.

Other Duties

Provide support in ad-hoc HR and administrative projects as assigned.

Assist in training and development activities as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin functions.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Own transport and willing to work at Seberang Jaya, Penang

Proficient in MS Office
