About Us:

Laurea People's Signature Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administrative Intern to support both HR operations and day-to-day administrative functions. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain well-rounded experience in HR and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain company records, databases, and documentation.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing internal activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and the HR department.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Allowance: RM 500/month
