About Us:
Laurea People's Signature Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administrative Intern to support both HR operations and day-to-day administrative functions. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain well-rounded experience in HR and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Organize and maintain company records, databases, and documentation.
- Support HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing internal activities.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the HR department.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Allowance: RM 500/month
