HUMAN RESOURCE
- Recruitment
- responsible for the entire recruitment process from the point of requisition by the Hiring Manager up to preparation of the employment contracts;
- work closely with all Hiring Managers on their hiring needs and to prioritise according to the company's business and commercial needs;
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- onboard new joiners and introduce the company's processes and policies;
- oversee entire cycle of onboarding activities including check-ins on new joiners and supporting them throughout their probation period;
- manage the entire offboarding process of employees;
- HR Operations
- manage and maintain the HR management system;
- responsible for payroll of internal employees and external contractors;
- liaise with statutory and governmental bodies in relation to licensing, statutory requirements;
- Employee engagement
- oversee employee engagement activities according to the company's engagement calendar;
- Performance management
- oversee and review the performance evaluation framework and related policies
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Facility & Asset management
- oversee the management and upkeep of the Company's facility and assets;
- Sourcing & Procurement
- source and procure materials required by Operations and Office teams;,
- Foster a strong working relationship with the Company's vendors, suppliers, and contractors;
- Production Support
,
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR and Admin.
- Experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage.

- Organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
