About the Role:

Build and manage our human resources function, developing talent acquisition strategies, HR policies, and administrative processes for our growing Malaysian operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives

- Establish HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation

- Oversee office administration, facilities, and general services

- Coordinate with legal advisors on employment matters and compliance

Key Requirements

5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational companies

- Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices

- Experience in setting up HR functions in a new organization

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
